I am so proud of McKynna. As a follow up on the recent post about how she did well at district in the reflections for her school. We were invited on Friday and recieve an award and certificate for an award of excellence at the regional level for her picture she took. They also told us her image was already down at the state PTA being judged. We were a little surprised to know it was going on-not that we doubted our childs abilities.
She was very excited and we will see how she does at the state level next. She handles this all is stride and never tells anyone unless we the proud parents are talking about it. She is very cautious not to hurt anyone's feelings. She is such a great girl and we love her so much.
We will keep you posted if we hear anyting.

I remember the day she was born. I remember holding her in the hospital. It seems like maybe 6 months ago. Hmmm. What a beautiful talented little girl. Takes after her mom and her dad! Love you guys!
